Who I work with.

Adolescents (14 and older), adults, and couples living anywhere in California, over Zoom.

ADULTS

Therapy for adults.

Most of my caseload is adults. The presenting concerns are wide: trauma processing, generalized and social anxiety, depression that won't lift, eating disorder recovery work, identity questions that get louder in adulthood, codependent or anxious-avoidant patterns in relationships, grief, and the kind of stuckness that's hard to name but obvious to live inside.

Adults who do well with me tend to be people who've done some therapy before, want something deeper than symptom management, and are open to body-based or trauma-focused work alongside talking.

ADOLESCENTS

Therapy for teens (14+).

I work with adolescents 14 and older. The work looks like: school stress, identity formation, family conflict, anxiety, depression, eating concerns, self-esteem, social pressure, sometimes self-harm. Sessions are virtual, which most teens prefer.

Parents are involved in age-appropriate ways. I'll be transparent with you about what's discussed; I'll also be clear about what stays between me and the teen, because that's what makes therapy work for them. We talk about how that balance works before starting.

COUPLES

Couples therapy.

Couples come in for a lot of reasons: communication that's stuck in old loops, the slow erosion of connection, a recent rupture (infidelity, a major life decision, a betrayal of trust), navigating a major transition (kids, illness, career, location), or simply the realization that you keep having the same fight in different costumes.

I work with the patterns between you. This includes what each person brings to the room from their own history, how those patterns interact, and how you can both develop more choice about what happens next. I'll be honest with both of you. The work is rarely about who's "right."

Couples sessions are 50 minutes at $350. More on fees →
